Plant Warden is owned and operated by XTRATECH CONSULTING SERVICES LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using Plant Warden, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. AI Diagnosis Disclaimer

Plant Warden utilizes advanced machine learning models to identify plant species and diagnose disease signals.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: AI suggestions do not guarantee absolute botanical certainty. Care advice, watering intervals, and disease alerts are recommendations. Use professional gardening judgment when deploying pesticides, treatment products, or pruning.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain premium features, including unlimited scanning, advanced weather alerts, and comprehensive care guide timelines, require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions auto-renew yearly at the current published price.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing settings.
Refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with store billing policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Plant Warden is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Plant Warden, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for damaged plants, loss of crop yields, or incorrect botanical diagnoses resulting from usage of the platform.
