1. Information We Collect

Plant Warden is owned and operated by XTRATECH CONSULTING SERVICES LLC. To provide AI-driven botanical diagnostics, Plant Warden processes the following information:

• Plant Photos: Images you capture or upload for diagnosis are processed by secure AI models and cached to build your recovery timeline.
• Account Info: Your display name, email address, and sign-in credentials (when signing in via Email, Google, or Apple).
• Weather Data: Location coordinates are processed on-device or securely on the server to match outdoor gardens with real-time weather warnings.

2. Processing & Storage

We use secure Cloud servers (hosted on Render) and a secure PostgreSQL database. Your uploaded photos are stored in private AWS S3 buckets. We never sell your personal data or photos to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with external providers to execute specific parts of the app:

• AI Frameworks: Vision and language models are served through secure API providers.
• Apple WeatherKit: For matching regional weather details.
• RevenueCat & Stripe: For secure app subscription processing.

4. Data Deletion & Rights

We believe you should have absolute control over your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated botanical history at any time.
